Once again apologies for the lateness of this post, generally I try to get the weekly post up each Sunday night, however I have just got out of hospital again for the third time in the last four months. I'll possibly be in this predicament again in the future so please be patient with any delays in posting.

Beautiful day here in Christchurch after the last three days of almost constant rain throughout NZ, causing wide spread flooding in many areas. I hope those of you affected are getting the help you need to clean up today.

Hello Stampers, I hope you all managed to keep warm during the Polar blast over the past week. We had snow here in Rolleston which was great fun for the children on holiday. I spent a lovely few days with two of our sons and 4 grandchildren in Geraldine, lots of frosty mornings followed by some beautiful clear days.

I hope you've all had a good Queens Birthday weekend, despite the wintry weather. We've had  weekend with family, Saturday we hosted a family lunch for our middle son's birthday. In the morning I watched one of our grandsons playing rugby, he scored a try and won Player of the day, great fun.
