NZSU Pics of the Week 30 Nov 2014

Only 25 days to go!! How did that happen? I've got the decorations out and will start putting the tree up and decorating tomorrow after I've picked my grandsons up from school, they love dressing the tree. I've made up the wee advent boxes for them, but I might have to buy some more chocolates to put in them tomorrow, it's just possible I may have eaten a few over the weekend, "oops!"

It is time to start asking if anyone would like to take on the administration of our NZSU blog next year, flick me an email if you're keen.

Have a fabulous week everyone.

NZSU Pics of the Week 23 Nov 2014

We've had a great weekend, our youngest grandson stayed with us for the weekend and some very dear friends joined us for a barbecue lunch today. I hope all of you also enjoyed your weekends.

In case you haven't read this article published on the Stampin Up' Demonstrator's site, I think it is worth a read, I'm a great advocate of the blendabilities (Luv them) if you've yet to get started with "blending" don't leave it any longer you're going to love it.

Stampin’ Blendabilities are designed to work with our Memento Ink Pad. The markers also work well with several of our Classic Stampin’ Pads, noted below. Keep in mind that colours not listed are prone to smearing and aren’t recommended for use with Stampin’ Blendabilities. Also, remember that you’ll get the best blending results using Whisper White Cardstock, and when the stamped image is completely dry.
Happy crafting.

NZSU Pics of The Week 9 Nov 2014

Welcome to this week's post, I would like to start with extending our deepest Sympathies to Emma, our NZ Manager and her family for the tragic loss of her Nephew,  Luke last weekend.

A huge "Thumbs Up" to Sharlene Meyer for her outstanding article in the latest edition of our Stampin' Up "Impressions" magazine.

When you read this post I will be on the high seas taking a cruise with my dear husband. It is our anniversary in November and because he doesn't take enough time away from work, I booked this wee holiday as a surprise for him. We flew to Sydney on Friday afternoon (He still didn't know where were going) and boarded the cruise ship on Saturday. We return to Sydney on Saturday 15th Nov and fly home later in the day. I have our laptop with us so hopefully I will be able to keep up with all your blogs through the week.

NZSU Pics of the Week 2 November 2014

Only 7 weeks until Christmas, have you started your stack of Christmas cards yet? On Fridays I have lunch with a group of friends and every year I give each of them a pack of Christmas cards and as most of them are sent overseas they have to be ready for posting in November so I've been creating Christmas cards for some time already.
I hope that everyone had a wonderful time yesterday at the Christchurch "Party Time" we've already seen some of the beautiful projects on your blogs.
Enjoy your week, happy stamping.
