It's been a ruggard week here in Christchurch with the fires on the Port Hills, a big shout out to all the firefighters and pilots who worked so hard throughout the week and many who are still fighting to control the hot spots. Our deepest sympathy to Steve Askin's family who lost his life while fighting the fires. Without all of these people the outcome would have been much worse.
